1. WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL START?

The Festival usually starts at 7.30 pm, doors open at 6.30 p.m, with some exceptions depending on the event. Please visit our website to check on the exact timing www.rockinroma.com
The Rock in Roma Village is always open on shows days until 2.00 am.

2. WHAT TIME DOES IT END?

The Festival usually ends around 12:30 am. In case of aftershow or dj set it ends around 3.00 am. The Rock in Roma Village is always open on shows days until 2.00 am.

3. WILL THERE BE A LOST & FOUND? (LOST KEYS, CELL PHONES, ETC.)

Yes, there is a the Lost&Found corner near the main entrance, ask our security staff.

4. WHERE I CAN FIND WATER? AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Water is available in all the bars inside the Village and a bottle costs 2 €.

5. I'M A PRESS AGENT. WHO DO I ARRANGE A PRESS PASS THROUGH?

Accreditation can be requested at the following email adress: press@rockinroma.com Only requests confirmed by the Press Office will allow entrance.

There are parking facilities close to the Venue and around the Ippodromo delle Capannelle.

9. WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR THE FESTIVAL?

Tickets can be purchased through the following circuits: Ticketone, Postepaysound.it, Box Office Lazio, BookingShow, Etes
Tickets will always be available at the venue point ticket, open during show days, from 6 p.m.

10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY MY TICKET FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED TICKETING COMPANY, WEBSITE OR FROM AN INDIVIDUAL AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE FAKE?

The Festival organization cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets which have not be bought at official sale points. Fake tickets do not give access to the venue and to the event.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?

The Festival organization cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of tickets. New tickets must be bought eventually.

12. IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE TICKETS OF THE ROCK IN ROMA FESTIVAL OR ITS NAME / BRAND TO PROMOTE A WEBSITE/PRODUCT/EVENT?

No. The Rock in Roma trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and wristbands CANNOT be used for advertising, promotion or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the Festival's official sponsors who need a formal authorization from the Festival's Producers.

13. IN WHICH CASES AM I ENTITLED OR NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND? IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT HOW CAN I GET REFUNDED?

Once purchased the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged nor refunded, except in case of cancellation of the event.
The refund in the case of cancellation will be made by the Festival organisation within a period of thirty days following the public announcement of the cancellation.
- If the cancellation occurs through the show, there will be no refund at all.
- Bad weather, natural disasters or any other force majeure events will not lead to ticket refunds.

14. IS THERE A SPECIAL PRICE FOR CHILDREN THAT COME AT THE FESTIVAL?

Up to 6 years old children's entrance to the Festival is free. From 7 years old children pay full price ticket.

15. WHERE CAN DISABLE PEOPLE BUY TICKETS FOR THE SHOWS?

You can purchase tickets for the disabled at any of these retailers BoxOffice Lazio in the Lazio region (full list of retailers is available on site: http://www.boxofficelazio.it the link "Dealers"). Those who buy from outside the Lazio can book the ticket by filling out the form at http://www.boxofficelazio.it/diversamente-abili/ The cost of the ticket varies depending on the concert + d.p. 16. IS THERE A CLOAKROOM AREA ON SITE?

Yes next to the main entrance.

17. CAN I TAKE FOOD AND DRINKS INSIDE THE VENUE?

Yes you can take food in but no drinks (except for water bottles with cap off).

18. CAN I BUY CIGARETTES ON SITE?

Yes there is an area where you can buy cigarettes inside the Village.
Cigarettes will not be sold to people under the age of 18

19. HOW CAN I RESERVE A STAND ON THE FESTIVAL SITE?

You can email to info@rockinroma.com six month before the beginning of the Festival to ask for the procedure.

20. WHERE IS THE MEDICAL TEAM OF THE FESTIVAL LOCATED?

There are two ambulances one next to the main entrance and another one on the left hand side of the stage. There is also an infirmary near the main entrance that you can find on the Festival map.

21. HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ABOUT THE TIMETABLE OF THE CONCERTS?

You can get the timetable of the concerts on the official Festival website. Any changes will be announced on the News section of this official website.

22. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT POSSIBLE CHANGES IN THE PROGRAMME?

We recommend to visit the festival website www.postepayrockinroma.com if you've purchased tickets for a concert or event. You can also subscribe to the mailing list to get updated information.

23. WHERE DO I THROW AWAY MY RUBBISH IN THE RIR VILLAGE? IS THERE ANY RECYCLING SYSTEM?

Yes there is a recycling system, there are different litter baskets for paper, plastic, glass and organic. It’s important to go over the instruction set on the baskets.
Please respect nature!

24. ARE THERE MERCHANDISING POINTS OF SALE?

Yes, there are several merchandising points of sale: next to the main entrance, inside the Village and in the Stage Arena.

25. WHERE IS LOCATED THE RESERVED AREA FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

There is a special area for disabled people next to the stage.
You can find it on the Festival map. Only the disabled and his helper can access this area.

26. IN CASE OF A SERIOUS PROBLEM WHO CAN I REFER TO?

If you incur in any serious problem you can talk to the security or to someone from the Festival staff.
They will do everything within their power to help you solve the problem.
